Acceptance

By accessing the Erazone website, joining the Erazone waitlist, or using any Erazone service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use Erazone.

About Erazone

Erazone is a student-first platform being built for students, creators, builders, communities, events, portfolios, collaboration, and future opportunities.

During the pre-launch stage, Erazone may operate a waitlist, beta program, early-access program, or limited product preview.

Section 03

Waitlist Terms

Joining the Erazone waitlist does not guarantee:

• Early access
• Beta access
• Public launch access
• Certificates
• Rewards
• Jobs
• Internships
• Partnerships
• Any fixed launch date

Erazone may invite users in batches based on product testing needs, user category, location, institute, interest, referral source, or other internal criteria.

We may remove duplicate, fake, misleading, abusive, or spam entries without notice.

The Erazone waitlist is free. Do not pay anyone claiming to sell Erazone early access.

Section 04

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to join Erazone.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when joining the waitlist or using Erazone.

Section 05

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Submit fake or misleading information
• Create duplicate waitlist entries
• Abuse referral systems
• Attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or disrupt Erazone
• Use Erazone for illegal, harmful, abusive, or spam activity
• Impersonate another person, institute, company, or organisation
• Misuse Erazone branding, name, logo, or content

Section 06

Product Changes

Erazone is currently under development. Features, design, availability, eligibility rules, pricing, rewards, and access systems may change before or after launch.

Pre-launch previews, screenshots, posts, or feature descriptions are not final commitments.

Section 07

Communication

By joining the waitlist, you agree that Erazone may contact you for important waitlist, launch, early-access, beta, product, or policy updates.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communication or request removal from the waitlist by contacting us at founders@erazone.in

Section 08

Intellectual Property

The Erazone name, logo, branding, website design, product concepts, content, and platform materials belong to Erazone or its respective owners.

You may not copy, sell, modify, or misuse Erazone's brand or materials without permission.

Section 09

Third-Party Services

Erazone may use third-party tools for hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, payments, communication, or security.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party services, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform stable.

Section 10

No Warranty

Erazone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the website, waitlist, beta access, or future platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Erazone will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, waitlist, beta program, or platform.

Section 12

Suspension or Removal

We may suspend, remove, or restrict access to any user or waitlist entry that violates these Terms, harms the platform, abuses systems, or creates risk for other users.

Section 13

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Erazone after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Section 14

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Delhi, India.
